While written in Korean, It's not difficult to understand. The horizontal row us the total income of husband and wife. And the vertical column is the age of your child.
For example, you make same money as your husband, 1,500,000 won each month. Then, the total income would be 3,000,000 won, and the age of your kid is 2 years old. The average child rearing expense is 761,000 won as the table shows. In this case, the rearing expense you can claim for to the other spouse will be 380,500 (=761,000/2).
- Visitation Right : When getting divorced, the couple can set visitation right. For example, the other spouse who is not living with the children can meet their children at the designated place and time on a regular basis. If the spouse who is with children doesn't carry out this duty by not allowing the other spouse to meet children as specified, the other spouse can submit a lawsuit to the family court requiring that the spouse carry out the duty.
